you get central heating, a dining area and a sitting area and the staff were amiable. i loved its shared bathroom. the location was fantastic, close enough to central park, supermarkets and several good restaurants, public transportation and central park, i couldn't have asked for anything better.

We greatly enjoyed the stay, it was real good! There was a reasonably spacious bathroom. The apartment was close to LaGuardia airport, only 0.5 miles.
